Laramie is a college town first, and that changes everything about a food truck here. Licensing in Laramie
Laramie is one of the few Wyoming jurisdictions that runs its own program. The City of Laramie handles vending permits and food licensing directly, separate from the state, so you work with the city rather than the Wyoming Department of Agriculture.
