Six ways we help food entrepreneurs get on the road, from full custom builds to pre-built trucks ready to drive off the lot.
Food Trucks
We source the chassis, so you are not hunting for a vehicle before you can start. The kitchen gets designed around your menu instead of your menu being squeezed into a standard layout. Fabrication, wiring and plumbing all happen in our Denver shop. About six weeks from approved design to keys.
Trailers
Usually the cheaper way onto the road, and sometimes the smarter one. Trailers start around $40,000 against $55,000 for a truck. Same kitchen, same code work, no engine to maintain. Worth a look if you already have a tow vehicle, or you want to leave the unit parked on site.
Mini Homes
Living space on wheels, built with the same fabrication and systems work as a commercial kitchen. Insulation, water, waste, power and heat, sized for how long you actually plan to be off grid rather than to a generic spec.
Mobile Business Concepts
Not every vehicle sells food. We have built outreach vans for a health system, buses for school districts, and units for businesses that needed a room on wheels rather than a kitchen. If it needs power, water and somewhere to work, it is the same job.
Repairs
Repair work across the Front Range, including trucks we did not build. That covers the compliance side too, so LP gas pressure testing, fire suppression service and hood cleaning. It is the work that keeps you trading instead of parked. See gas testing and fire suppression.
Installation
Adding equipment or changing a cook line. One thing worth knowing first: moving appliances can throw off the aim of your fire suppression nozzles, so the system has to be looked at again rather than just re-tagged.
Remodels
Bringing an older unit up to current code, or reworking a layout that fights you every service. Often the real question is whether the truck is worth the money going into it, and we will tell you if it is not.
We’re a Denver-based shop serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming. Licensed in Colorado, California, and Washington. Trucks start around $55,000 and trailers around $40,000. A typical 16ft build runs about $72,000 and a large 22ft build about $110,000. The spread comes from your equipment list rather than the size of the box, so we quote from your real layout instead of a price band.
