This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the Mile High Estimate Generator application (the “App”), an internal automation tool used exclusively by Mile High Foodtrucks LLC (“Mile High”) to read lead data from its Apptivo CRM and create draft estimates in its QuickBooks Online account.
Scope
The App is a private, single-tenant integration. It is not offered to third parties, distributed publicly, or listed in any application marketplace. No external users have access to the App or its outputs.
Permitted use
Only authorized personnel of Mile High Foodtrucks LLC may operate the App. Use of the App is governed solely by Mile High’s internal policies. End users of Mile High’s website or services do not interact with the App directly.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Mile High reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
