A food truck is one of the few marketing tools that feeds people and looks like your brand at the same time. That is why brands, marketing teams, breweries, real estate developers, and campuses come to us for a truck or trailer built specifically for activations and events rather than for daily street vending. If you are putting your logo on wheels, the build has different priorities, and this is the work we focus on at Mile High.

What a brand activation truck needs that a regular truck does not
An everyday food truck is built around a menu. An activation truck is built around an experience and a brand. The differences are real:
- The wrap and the look carry the message, so the exterior is designed as a brand surface from the start. Service windows, counters, and signage are laid out to photograph well and to move a line quickly at a busy event.
- Speed and simplicity matter more than a deep menu. Activations often serve a few hundred people in a short window, so we design the service flow and equipment around fast, consistent output.
- Quiet, clean power is often required. Corporate campuses, indoor venues, and upscale events frequently cannot have a loud generator running, so we can build with quieter power options and electric-forward equipment where it fits the program.
- Flexibility for changing menus and sponsors, because an activation truck might serve coffee at a morning campus event, sliders at an afternoon brand launch, and dessert at an evening reception. We build the kitchen to flex.
Who we build activation trucks and trailers for
We have built and outfitted mobile units for a range of event-focused uses across the Front Range and Wyoming, including brand and product launches, corporate campus food programs, real estate and community openings, brewery and taproom service, festival and sponsor activations, and school and campus fleet programs. Mile High has hands-on experience with school and district projects as well, which carries over directly to any organization that needs a reliable, code-compliant mobile kitchen on a schedule.
Where we work
Mile High is based in Colorado and serves the northern Front Range and Wyoming, including Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Longmont, and the I-25 corridor up into Cheyenne, Laramie, and beyond. We handle the build, source and inspect the vehicle, and build to the health and fire code for where the truck will operate, so it is ready to roll into your events without a licensing scramble.
How it works
We start with the goal of the program, not the menu. We talk through how many people you need to serve, how often, where, and what the brand has to look like, then design the truck or trailer around that. We source and inspect the vehicle, build the kitchen and service area, coordinate the wrap, and deliver a turnkey unit. Most builds run about six weeks, and pricing depends on size and equipment, generally in the same range as our custom food trucks.
If you are planning a brand activation, a corporate food program, or an event fleet, tell us what you are trying to do and we will design the truck to do it.
Frequently asked questions
Can you wrap the truck in our branding?
Yes. We design the exterior as a brand surface from the start rather than as an afterthought, and we coordinate the wrap so the unit shows up as your brand, not a generic food truck. Service windows, counters, and signage are laid out to photograph well and to move a line quickly at a busy event.
Do you build electric or quiet-power trucks?
Where the program fits, yes. Corporate campuses, indoor venues, and upscale events often cannot have a loud generator running, so we can build with quieter power options and electric-forward equipment.
How many people can an activation truck serve?
Activations often serve a few hundred people in a short window, so we design the service flow and equipment around fast, consistent output rather than a long menu. We build the kitchen to flex between coffee in the morning, sliders at midday, and dessert in the evening.
Do you build for events outside Colorado?
Yes. We serve the northern Front Range and Wyoming, including Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Longmont, and the I-25 corridor up into Cheyenne and Laramie, and we build to the health and fire code for wherever the truck will operate.
